As an Insurance Broker we also manage all our clients claims. We liaise with your Insurer and all specialist providers such as assessors, loss adjustors, surveyors etc. to try and have your claim finalised efficiently and promptly. We will try and minimise the paperwork and hassles for you. The claims process is usually easy to manage as long as you have the right information on hand.

We do not charge for expert assistance that is provided by your Account Manager and/or Claim Manager when you lodge a claim. If you need to lodge a claim contact our office and we can give you guidance on how to claim against your policy and the processes involved.

Please note for Workers Compensation claims we can have the claim issued for you with your Insurer, however the Insurer’s case managers will manage the claim directly from that point onwards.
